Pidgin-Musictracker is a plugin for Pidgin that displays the status of the media currently playing in the status message. Usually, either I’m using Banshee or Vagalume, and I like to show my mates what I’m listening. So I use this nice pluging to show it.

As Pidgin-Musictracker didn’t support Vagalume, I’ve been working on this problem. Now, since 0.4.14, Pidgin-Musictracker supports Vagalume too.

As neither Debian nor Ubuntu have updated this package, here are the debian packages (i386/amd64), or  the sources if you want to build it:
