I am Samuel Iglesias Gonsálvez. I was born in Grado, Principado de Asturias, Spain in 1985 but I have been living in Oviedo most of my life. I have both Bachelor and Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at University of Oviedo.
I started working at an University's department while doing research about magnetic levitation systems. After that, I spent one year at Indra working on air traffic control software and two years working at CERN developing Linux device drivers for the accelerators' control system. Since 2012, I have been working at Igalia on different projects: from Linux device drivers for industrial hardware to Skia. Since 2014, I have been contributing to Mesa3D Library where I work on Intel i965 driver, Intel's ANV driver (Vulkan driver) and Mesa core.
