{"id":187,"date":"2012-11-22T11:10:06","date_gmt":"2012-11-22T10:10:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/?p=187"},"modified":"2012-11-22T13:33:08","modified_gmt":"2012-11-22T12:33:08","slug":"published-libreplan-audiovisual-website","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/2012\/11\/22\/published-libreplan-audiovisual-website\/","title":{"rendered":"Published LibrePlan Audiovisual website"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After several months working on the application, it&#8217;s now available the website of the project\u00a0<strong>LibrePlan Audiovisual\u00a0<a title=\"LibrePlan Audiovisual\" href=\"http:\/\/www.libreplan.com\/audiovisual\" target=\"_blank\">www.libreplan.com\/audiovisual<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.libreplan.com\/audiovisual\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/files\/2012\/11\/libreplan_av-300x56.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"56\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a section inside the main LibrePlan website, which has been the starting point for this adaptation oriented to solve problems identified on the companies of the <strong>audiovisual sector<\/strong>\u00a0in Galicia. More specifically on the area of budget ellaboration and monitoring of audiovisual projects.<\/p>\n<p>It was neccessary to have a tool to allow the standarization of\u00a0<strong>budget creation<\/strong>\u00a0on a collaborative way, and to ease\u00a0<strong>controlling of costs and time deviations<\/strong>\u00a0over the initial budget, produced during the ellaboration of adiovisual products, solving the problems due to be using other non specific tools.<\/p>\n<p>The project has been developed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.igalia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Igalia<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wirelessgalicia.com\" target=\"_blank\">Wireless Galicia<\/a>\u00a0with the collaboration of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster (<a href=\"http:\/\/clag.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">CLAG<\/a>), and financed with public fundings.<\/p>\n<p>Among his main features we can remark the next ones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Budget templates system<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Create new projects from configurable template trees with the budget structure and predefined data.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/files\/2012\/11\/av_templates2-600x287.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"287\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Budget execution forecast<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visualize and modify the distribution along time of the cost of the budget items, and compare the real costs to do the neccesary adjustments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/files\/2012\/11\/av-gantt2-600x346.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Advanced assignment of forecasts and cost details<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Distribute in a fine grained detail level the expenses forecast, use the cost sheets to track the produced expenses during the project and integrate the costs system with other tools to import expenses through Web Services.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.igalia.com\/ltilve\/files\/2012\/11\/av-advanced-assignment2-600x345.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"345\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filming productivities perspective<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Measure the productivities on the ellaboration of the multimedia product being developed, according to different unit types (scenes, minutes or script pages).
