On Friday, November the 2nd, I have been invited to teach a workshop about LibrePlan<\/strong><\/a> covering all the aspects of the project that are interesting for future professionals in computer science.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the session is organized by Juan Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Penas<\/em> as part of the subject Dese\u00f1o de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n<\/em> (System Information Design<\/em>) which belongs to the master Mestrado de Enxe\u00f1er\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica<\/em> (Master in Computer Science Engineering<\/em>).<\/p>\n

The table of contents for the workshop will be the next one:<\/p>\n

  1. A LibrePlan<\/strong> introduction. I will start explaining briefly the type of application which is LibrePlan<\/strong>, its mains features and strong points.<\/li>\n
  2. A description of the LibrePlan<\/strong> architecture. I will explain the main architectural patterns used in the application, how they work and their rationale.<\/li>\n
  3. A route through all quality attributes used in the project.\u00a0 It will include a review of the different tests programmed for LibrePlan<\/strong>, the continuous integration practices set up in the project and the use of Sonar<\/a> as quality platform to monitor the status of the project.<\/li>\n
  4. How the project is organized. Finally, I will review all the tools and procedures used by the LibrePlan<\/strong> team members to evolve and take care of the project and its community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
