wget -c http://www.marginalia.org/code/mt.el
wget -c http://www.marginalia.org/code/xml-rpc.el
apt-get install w3-el-e21 w3-lisp-e21  elib 


With this files and packages installed and reading the mt.el file, you could blog using emacs without not many problems.</description>
